We use our farm fresh eggs, so the ratios may differ based on the size of the eggs. Our eggs range from medium to large. I typically use 2 large eggs (whole) and 2 medium egg yolks.
This recipe is for Kitchen Aid rolled pasta attachments (sheets, spaghetti, or fettuccini). Spaghetti should be flattened to level 4 and fettuccini to level 6).
It can also be used for other pasta attachments- just follow directions for attachment after forming the dough.
